How to Order Online
Ordering from ebaydiytools.com is as simple as purchasing from any print catalog. Most steps are readily apparent from the instructions given on each screen. However, if any part of the process is unclear, here is a step-by-step guide. (You may wish to print this screen for reference.)

Select a Catalog: From the Home Page, select the Catalog you wish to browse (New & Exclusives, Featured Products, Tool Catalog, or Clothing & Collectibles).

Choose a Category: Within the catalog, select a Category from the left side of the screen (e.g., Toolboxes, Ratchets, Sockets, etc.).

Add to Cart & Registration: Enter a quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Note: If you are not registered, you will be prompted to do so. Registration is required to purchase. You may also choose to complete a User Profile Survey to receive an eCoupon.

Review Your Order: Click the Shopping Cart icon (top right). You can update quantities or remove items here. Remember to click ‘Update Shopping Cart’ if you make changes.

Checkout: Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Follow directions to manage shipping, billing, and credit card info. This is also where you apply eCoupons.

Shipping & Final Review: For orders 150 lbs or less, select your shipping method. Review the final total (including taxes). Click ‘Make the Purchase’ to submit.

Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number. Please save or print this screen. You will also receive email updates as your order progresses.
You can always view your order status in the ‘Your Account’ section.
